the one thing that i thought would never happen just did, my account has been hacked, how ? i have no fuc*ing idea, never put my info in on anything , gave it away NOTHING but here at 12:25pm today i get a message saying thanks for changing your info , well i was at school where steam is blocked so i didnt do it, got home and my login info does not work.

i am extremely pissed as i had about 100 games on there at least and i was just at the ending of splinter cell.

Ya i saw that, kinda suiting i guess, i swear if i ever met who did this , probably a fat loser , i would knock him out so cold that he would go into a coma , for a very , VERY long time. and i didnt know they could do that either, that it would have been blocked for profanity

You can submit it to the valve team in the support section and they will help you get it back I am sure you already know this though. Valve has a tendency not to test things very well such as for instance the fact you can build a billion sentrys as engineer in TF2 currently via a glitch. It is very possible that the new client they just released on everyone has some loopholes allowing account information to be obtained. It is just a guess though but it is possible if you never gave your info out it has to be something else I suppose. I assume you are smart enough not to get phished so hopefully it was not that.

Nah ive got lots of steam "links" never clicked on them, still no news yet, although they have logged intoi my account several times , so its still not frozen. . . makes ya think wtf there doing in valve

Well it is a small development group it is suprising they do as well as they do they only employ a little over 200 people.
